Four months ago Resale.bd was one page and a Postgres table. Today it's the trusted secondhand marketplace for over 1,000 Bangladeshis across all eight divisions, with verified brands, escrow-backed payments in beta, and a working AI-powered listing flow.

What didn't

• Paid social — burned budget with poor conversion; killed it.
• Generic homepage hero — replaced with search-first layout.
• Anonymous listings — dropped in favour of NID-verified accounts only.

What's next
