For seller verification, we collect National ID (NID) information. This data is:

• Stored encrypted using AES-256 encryption.
• Only accessible by authorized resale.bd compliance personnel.
• Never sold or shared with third parties except as required by Bangladesh law enforcement agencies upon valid legal request.
• Retained for a maximum of 5 years after account closure or as required by law.

We may share your data with:

• Delivery Partners: Name and address shared for order fulfillment.
• Other Users: Your public profile, listings, and ratings are visible to other users.
• Law Enforcement: When required by Bangladesh government authorities or court orders.
• Service Providers: Cloud hosting, analytics, and customer support tools under strict confidentiality agreements.

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours as required by law.

resale.bd is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us immediately at mail@sojibahmmed.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
